In it's Second year, Raas All-Stars: National Championship seeks to integrate nation's collegiate garba-raas community, while raising the intensity of competition for these professional teams.  Raas All-Stars invites the winners of 10 competitions around the nation to compete on one stage, for one title National Champion.  This "superbowl" of raas will be held on:
